- $150 for every additional 50 pours

4 beers, 2 wines, a signature cocktail, champagne, and soft drinks all handpicked by you for up to 150 guest - $4,500

Caterers at Riverbed Farm: We require a certificate of insurance with a 1 million dollar insurance policy for the date of your event.

Caterers at Gold Coast: ( * pre-approved) For anyone not preapproved, we will just need to confirm an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance and proof of valid Health Permit no later than 2 weeks before your event date with the below information included:

• Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of: $1,000,000 for occurrence & $2,000,000 in the general aggregate, and Automibile coverage of $1,000,000

• Description of Operations/Endorsement Box to state: “The City of Aliso Viejo, its officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers shall be named as additional insureds with regard to liability and defense of suits or claims arising out of the performance of this Letter of Agreement.

• Certificate Holder: City of Aliso Viejo 12 journey Suite 100 Aliso Viejo CA 92656

• If consultant is an employer or otherwise hires one or more employees during the term of this Project, Consultant shall also provide proof of workers’ compensation coverage as required by the State of California and Employer’s Liability Insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and disease.

We highly suggest emailing us for details on insurance and permit requirements prior to booking a caterer.

Please be sure to confirm food trucks size with us. At this time we can not accommodate for the In-n-Out Cookout Trailer.
