Typical Wedding to 9:30pm: Setup 10am-2pm, Ceremony 3pm-5pm, Dinner 5pm-7pm, Reception 7pm - 9:30pm
Typical Wedding to 7:30pm: Setup 9am-11am, Ceremony 12pm-3pm, Dinner 3pm-5pm, Reception 5pm - 7:30pm
Typical Private Event to 7:30pm: Setup 2pm-4pm, Event 4pm-7:30pm

Weddings will always have a 2 hour rehearsal the night prior, usually from 4pm to 6pm and never past 7:30pm
- there will never be music played or alcohol served at these rehearsals, they are simply just a run through
